1 calendar month's notice is required for cancellation.
To begin the booking process, please download the information pack and application form, complete it fully, initial each page, sign it with a witness, and email it back to us together with an up-to-date vaccination card for your dog.

Once received, we review the application to confirm whether the dog is a good fit for daycare.
If your dog is suitable, we will arrange an assessment date with you.
Assessment fee: R300 cash payable on drop-off.
Assessment time: 09h00 to 15h00.
If the dog succeeds, we ask which days you would like the dog to attend daycare.
To ensure we are well prepared to give your fur kid the best care possible, please ensure that the days you select are the days you are committed to. This allows us to plan ahead and reserve their space accordingly.
